Choose support with a purpose
These programmes are simple, structured ways to practise skills between sessions. They can complement an assessment, a learning plan or aftercare, but they do not replace a diagnostic assessment or specialist teaching.
Every person is different. We can help you think through what may fit your goals, age, strengths and everyday routine.
Easy-to-start interventions
Two practical programmes that can sit alongside your wider support plan

Explore the benefits, evidence and next steps for each programme

The Listening Program
Music-based listening practice that may support auditory processing, attention and regulation

The Movement Program
Short guided movement practice that may support coordination, body awareness and attention
Research and choosing well
Research on The Listening Program has reported changes in auditory processing after completing the programme, while research connected with The Movement Program has reported improvements in reading age, concentration, balance and coordination. These findings are encouraging, but they do not predict the result for every person.
