We have some wonderful news to share: Dyslexia Test Centre has won Silver for Best Product or Service Development at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2026.
After the preparation, the judging presentation and the anticipation, we’re taking a moment to celebrate. This is a proud milestone for our team, and a chance to thank the people who have been part of our journey.
A proud moment for the people behind DTC
Our work starts with a person looking for answers. That might be a parent trying to understand their child’s learning, an adult making sense of longstanding difficulties, or someone wondering which assessment is right for them.
We want that experience to feel clear, personal and supportive. From the first conversation to understanding an assessment report and considering practical next steps, the way people experience our service matters to us.
Winning Silver in Best Product or Service Development is recognition we’re delighted to celebrate as we continue developing that service.
Thank you for being part of our story
To everyone who has trusted us with their assessment and support: thank you. Your questions, experiences and feedback help us understand what matters.
To our assessors, colleagues and everyone working behind the scenes: thank you for the care and commitment you bring to DTC. This is a moment for our whole team to share.
From the shortlist to Silver
We were finalists in two categories: Best Product or Service Development and Customers at the Heart of Everything – SME. We’re celebrating our Silver award in Best Product or Service Development.

Looking ahead
We’re proud of this recognition, and we’ll keep listening, learning and developing the support we offer. Helping people understand their needs and find a useful next step remains at the heart of our work.
