DYSLEXIA TEST CENTRE

Two UKCXA finalist places and one unforgettable judging day

Dyslexia Test Centre is a finalist in two UK Customer Experience Awards 2026 categories. After presenting to the judges, we’re counting down to 14 October at Wembley.

By Dyslexia Test Centre ·

What a day. This morning we presented to the judges for two UK Customer Experience Awards 2026 categories, and we’re still catching our breath.

We went in with the nerves you would expect when you care deeply about your work. We shared the story behind Dyslexia Test Centre, answered some searching questions and tried to show what customer experience means to us: listening carefully, making assessment clearer and helping people work out what comes next.

Two categories, two reasons to celebrate

We’re finalists for Best Product or Service Development and Customers at the Heart of Everything – SME. Seeing our name alongside household names is a moment we won’t forget. The product and service development shortlist includes Octopus Energy, easyJet holidays, Sky UK and VodafoneThree. In the customer-focused SME category, we’re alongside organisations including Simba Sleep and L&G Affordable Homes.

Now comes the waiting

The presentation is done, the judges’ questions have been answered, and the anxious morning has turned into a very proud afternoon. Whatever happens next, being recognised in both categories means a great deal to our team.

We’ll find out the results at the Wembley ceremony on 14 October. Until then, thank you to everyone who has trusted us, shared feedback and helped us keep improving. You are the reason we do this.

Wish us luck — we’ll share the news when we know.
